Nancy G. Brinker promised her sister that she would do everything in her power to end breast cancer forever. That promise is now Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, the global leader of the breast cancer movement, having invested more than $2.2 billion since inception in 1982. As the world’s largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists, we’re working together to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all and energize science to find the cures. Thanks to events like the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure® and the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure®, and generous contributions from our partners, sponsors and fellow supporters, we have become the largest source of nonprofit funds dedicated to the fight against breast cancer in the world.

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's mission is to find a cure for cystic fibrosis (CF) and to improve the quality of life for people living with the disease. We accomplish this by funding life-saving research and working to provide access to quality care and effective therapies for people with CF. Our work has contributed to doubling the life expectancy for people with CF beyond the age of 18, and increasing the availability of nearly every CF drug through the Foundation's support.

Right now, there are hundreds of bills pending in state legislatures across the United States that target trans youth and aim to curb their rights. The impact of fighting these anti-trans bills and policies is felt all year by trans people, their families and loved ones. The organizations benefitting from this fund are 1) providing direct services to trans youth and 2) advocating for the rights of trans youth in the states that need it most. NAMI is the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. NAMI advocates for access to services, treatment, supports and research and is steadfast in its commitment to raise awareness and build a community of hope for all of those in need. We value hope, inclusion, empowerment, compassion and fairness. NAMI envisions a world where all people affected by mental illness live healthy, fulfilling lives supported by a community that cares.

TAKE Resource Center is the only center that is Trans focused, Trans lead, and all of the staff members are Trans women of color here in Birmingham, Alabama.

House of Tulip provides Trans and Gender Nonconforming communities in New Orleans, Louisiana with economic stability and safety through zero barrier, permanent housing, and pathways to education, healthcare, employment, and homeownership.

The mission of Zebra Coalition is to empower LGBTQ+ youth to thrive.

TransSOCIAL, Inc.'s mission is to expand safe and affirming resources for our Trans, gender expansive and Intersex community. We are Trans-led and provide direct services including legal name and gender marker change assistance, ID updates, affirming medical and mental health referrals, peer support groups and social events, and TLGBQ+ Cultural Sensitivity Training to businesses and organizations to help them create safe spaces for our community.

Lucie’s Place provides LGBTQ young adults experiencing homelessness in Central Arkansas with safe living environments, job training and counseling services in order to ensure lifelong stability and success, and works to promote equality and acceptance for LGBTQ young adults.

The TEP Foundation provides a variety of educational and organizing programming.

Right now, young trans people, particularly Black and Brown trans youth, are under attack across the country and around the world. The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated unsafe conditions for trans youth who are houseless, in foster care, in detention, and in abusive or otherwise unsafe housing situations. We want to show trans young people that they are loved, supported, and have a family of people around the world who care about them and want them to succeed. Anyone can be a Santa, join us! Equality Florida is the largest civil rights organization dedicated to securing full equality for Florida's lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) community.
