Shania Kids Can US Ltd. is a registered, nonprofit 501(c)(3) charity and Shania Kids Can is a Canadian registered Charity (charitable registration number 80435 4652 RR0001) founded in 2010 by performer, Shania Twain, in effort to relieve the economic, social and personal sufferings of children that she herself experienced as a child. We believe that every individual must have these needs met in order to have a prosperous life. Therefore, we partner with organizations that help solve these problems while working with local contacts in the community and in countries such as Tanzania and Zambia to do our part to help. 2) We're proud to assist in providing opportunities to those who don't have access to the tools necessary to move further in life. A huge part of this pillar is helping to provide education for all. To do this, we fund various scholarships to underserved individuals that allow them to take steps toward completing an education, both at the high school and collegiate level. Additionally, we have multiple programs which provide disadvantaged individuals with access to the tools needed to obtain a job or educational degree to break the ongoing cycle of poverty."
