As a charity, Mates in Mind aims to provide clear information to employers about the available support and guidance on mental health and wellbeing, and how they can address this within their organisations.

Suicide is everyone's business. MATES is a charity established in 2008 to reduce the high level of suicide among Australian construction workers. MATES provides suicide prevention through community development programs on sites, and by supporting workers in need through case management and a 24/7 help line. We serve the construction industry in Queensland and Northern Territory, New South Wales, South Australia and Western Australia, the Energy industry in Queensland and New South Wales, and nationally to the Mining industry. MATES was established in response to a major report on suicide (the ‘AISRAP Report’) within the Queensland Commercial Building and Construction Industry. This report found that suicide rates in the industry were higher than the Australian average for men, and that youth suicide within the industry could be as much as 2.38 times more common than among other young Australian men. The MATES program is based on the simple idea that suicide is everyone’s business. If the building and construction industry in Australia is to improve the mental health and well-being of workers and reduce suicide, then it cannot be left to mental health professionals: everyone in the industry must play their part. Working for the construction industry in general, MATES is independent of employers and unions and never works directly for an employer. Programs are delivered across the industry regardless of employer or union affiliation.

Our mission is to provide and disseminate information and resources for suicide prevention and mental health promotion in construction with the goal of creating a zero suicide industry.

The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity is the only charity that provides emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to the construction community and their families. A crucial element of our strategy is to provide a wide range of free and widely available pro-active resources to support the industry.

The Herbalife Nourishment Foundation (HNF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children all over the world by helping provide access to good nutrition. HNF supports charitable organizations that provide vulnerable children with the nourishment they need to develop their full potential in order to build a society where every kid has equitable access to adequate nutrition. In addition, HNF frequently contributes to relief operations in the aftermath of major natural catastrophes around the world.

On Course Foundation supports the recovery of wounded, injured and sick Service members and veterans through golf.Our mission is to build confidence and self-belief in our Members through golf skills and employment events, and set them on the path to meaningful employment opportunities in the golf industry.As a sport, golf offers a unique platform where players of all skills and backgrounds can compete healthily, improving not only their physical but mental strength too. Led by dedicated PGA professionals, our nationwide program of golf activities aims to restore self-confidence and provide a sense of purpose to our Members who once struggled to see hope in their future.With many lacking self- belief, it's our aim to help our Members realize their potential and set them on a fulfilling career path in the golf industry.

Empowering foster & at risk youth through swim lessons, water therapy, and mentoring programs .

The core belief behind HeadCount is that the live music community is a large, vibrant audience that has the potential to be politically influential if properly represented at the polls. HeadCount uses the assets of the music industry and the incredible influence artists have over their fans to mobilize this audience into action. Stretching beyond just registering voters, HeadCount also aims to become "the community organizing arm of the live music scene," giving every socially conscious music fan an avenue toward activism.

Advocates for Children and Families, Inc. (ACF) was founded in 1992 to provide ethical adoption services to children and families. Throughout our 30 years of operation there have been many changes in legislation and advances in the evidence-based social sciences related to adoption, that have influenced our model of practice. One aspect of our work that has never changed is ACF's child-centered approach of prioritizing the well-being of children. Our mission is to promote and assist in the formation of stable families. The well-being of children is our priority. We believe every child deserves a permanent home in a safe, nurturing environment.  Our team is comprised of attorneys, licensed mental health professionals, and support staff who are specially trained and continually engaged in advancements within the field of child welfare and adoption. ACF's commitment to advocating for children and families has resulted in over 1,026 children finding stability and permanency within a nurturing family. To turn sad people into happy people by producing fundraising events for our mental health services partners, (such as Give An Hr.org) who provide therapy sessions for our vets, victims of PTSD and/or anyone in need of mental health services.
