Vincentian Home (part of the Vincentian Collaborative System) provides a continuum of compassionate care for older adults and vulnerable community members in the Pittsburgh area. Guided by Catholic Vincentian values, it offers services ranging from independent living and childcare to memory care, short‑term rehabilitation and long‑term skilled nursing while preserving residents’ dignity.

Palliative & Supportive Care of Nantucket Foundation is dedicated to increasing awareness and educating the community about palliative and supportive care issues as well as to funding all of the Palliative & Supportive Care Program's services and initiatives, all of which are provided to the community free-of-charge.

Homesteads for Hope is a unique Community Farm experience for transitioning young adults with and without disabilities providing opportunities to learn, work, live and grow in the Greater Rochester Region. Our membership, programs, services and inclusive events are hosted on a 55 acre farm located on the banks of the historic Erie Canal creating a venue of dignity, purpose and sustainable agri-tourism.
