PASCON is committed to providing our healthcare and supportive services free of charge to our community. We believe that when people are experiencing serious illness there should be zero barriers to accessing palliative care. We actively encourage our patients and their families to communicate their needs and goals and we work to improve their quality of life. We are looking for ways to be more inclusive and are recruiting volunteers from underserved populations with the hope that this will help us reach more community members who can benefit from our services. We are partners with Nantucket Cottage Hospital and work collaboratively with Our Island Home, Sherburne Commons, The Homestead, the Saltmarsh Center, and the Visiting Nurses Association.
