Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Cincinnati provides a supportive "home away from home" for families and their children who are receiving treatment at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center or other area hospital. Humanity for Relief and Development (HRD) is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) charity that focuses on food security and emergency relief for people affected by conflict (especially in Yemen). It runs bakery and meal programs (Mercy Bakery/Mercy Kitchen) and related humanitarian projects to provide daily bread, warm meals, and basic assistance to vulnerable families.
