Nourishing, enriching and strengthening the lives of our homebound and senior community
To provide exceptional compassionate end-of-life care to our community.
The VNA provides compassionate, innovative care of the highest quality, setting the standard for patients and caregivers needing home health, hospice and community health services, regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. The VNA works to provide innovative access to care for the community through home health, hospice and community health & education programs. The VNA's wellness programs encompass the community education and outreach aspect of our mission, promoting health throughout the counties we serve.
Pines of Sarasota Foundation was incorporated in 1990 to support the endowment, capital and programmatic needs of Pines of Sarasota, a not-for-profit senior care community serving residents even after they have outlived their resources
The Love Kitchen provides services to the "5-H's": the hungry, the homeless, the helpless, the hopeless, and the homebound. Each week, we provide free lunches, and deliver approximately 2100 meals per week to the elderly, disabled, and homebound, and provide free canned goods, produce, and other important food staples and supplies to anyone who is in need. The Love Kitchen is 100% funded through private donations. No government grants or funds are solicited nor accepted by the organization. We strive to help our recipients break the multi-generational dependence on government handouts. To accept them ourselves would be hypocritical and setting a bad example for those we are trying to help.
We support homebound elders with nutritious daily meals, to maintain their health, independence and dignity and enable them to stay in the comfort and security of their own homes.
The Mission of Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa is to preserve the dignity and independence of homebound elderly and disabled persons by providing them with nutritious home-delivered meals, caring contacts, and other services which enrich their lives.
To establish and maintain programs for the elderly and elder disabled within a seamless system of care that includes both institutional and community-based geriatric health outreach components
Respecting the dignity of every human being, no matter their need or physical condition, Lubbock Meals on Wheels will provide nutritious home-delivered meals to those who are homebound, elderly, or disabled. We shall seek to break the social isolation experienced by the homebound, by providing warm, caring, friendly contact through our volunteers
Our mission is to break the cycle of homelessness for the elderly, single parents with children, and persons with special needs. We offer non-traditional permanent and transitional housing solutions and programs and services that create independence, empowerment, and self-worth.
