The TADSAW (Train A Dog - Save A Warrior) mission is to provide for the training of a Medical Alert Service Dog, as designated by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines, for Any wounded Veteran Service Member (Active Duty, Retired, Discharged), surviving with Military Induced Anxiety Depression Syndrome (MIADS), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Military Sexual Trauma (MST) and/or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), in order to restore and improve the Veteran's Quality of Life with a canine 'Battle Buddy', at no charge to the Veteran or their family.

Honor Flight San Diego (HFSD) is a non-profit branch of the nationwide Honor Flight Network which consists of over 130 independent “hubs” across America. HFSD escorts veterans to Washington, D.C. to visit their memorials using monies donated by individuals, foundations, associations, business owners and corporations who wish to recognize our veterans’ contributions and thank them for their service and sacrifice to the United States and its citizens.

The Garland County Memorial and Military Park is a tribute to all veterans who served in the United States of America military at any time and/or their families.

Community Military Appreciation Committee (CMAC) shall execute and plan community-wide events such as Memorial Day, Veterans Day, POW/MIA Day and recognition/support of military families of all services. It is an inclusive committee composed of civic education, veteran and business partners. FLY MILITARY VETERANS TO WASHINGTON DCVeterans Honor Flight of ND/MN is a non-profit organization created solely to honor America's Veterans for all their sacrifices. Top priority is given to the senior Veterans - World War II and Korean War Veterans - along with other Veterans who may be terminally ill. Flights occur in the spring and fall of each year pending fundraising. The western side of North Dakota has recently established an Honor Flight hub.
