The mission of Metropolitan Denver Homeless Initiative is leading and advancing collaboration to end homelessness in our region.

Chief Seattle Club's mission statement is to provide a sacred space to nurture, affirm, and renew the spirit of Urban Native Peoples. Founded in 1970, the Club is a day center for homeless/low-income Native Americans in Seattle, Washington. Seven days a week, 364 days a year, 100~ members come to the Club for basic needs such as hot meals, showers, and laundry services. We gain their trust and act as a gateway to a broad range of coordinated social services, including health care; mental health; housing assistance; legal aid; access to benefits; substance abuse intake and referrals; cultural, art, and spiritual activities. We partner with a variety of non-profit and government agencies to leverage coordinated on-site services to our members.

Vine Maple Place is a Christian organization that breaks the generational cycle of homelessness by working with single parents and their children. Our approach offers safety, provides stability, and equips to self-sufficiency.

Silverton Area Community Aid (SACA) is a non-profit social service organization whose mission is to improve lives by providing food, services and access to community resources. We provide emergency food, financial assistance and other services to people in need within the Silver Falls School District. Through our food pantry in 2020, we served an average of 209 households each month (about 640 people), providing them with a 3-5-day supply of food at each visit. We also provided over $107,000 in emergency financial aid to help residents of our community stay in their homes, pay utility bills, pay for prescriptions, receive dental care, and get to job interviews and other important appointments by providing bus passes and fuel vouchers. In 2021, the need is even greater.

HIP Housing’s mission is to invest in human potential by improving the housing and lives of people in our community.

Founded in 1981, the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation\u0027s (TNDC) mission is to provide safe, affordable housing with supportive services for low-income people in the Tenderloin community and be a leader in making the neighborhood a better place to live. TNDC owns and operates 45 buildings and houses over 6,300 residents providing 4,293 homes in 7 San Francisco neighborhoods. Most of our tenants earn less than $20,000 a year and are considered by the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development as being extremely low-income. In addition, TNDC supportive services (a team of on-site social workers and an after-school center for children and teens) are providing a foundation for building better lives.

OUR INNOVATIVE MODEL maximizes impact by building partnerships with families who contribute sweat equity, volunteers who give their time, and donors who contribute financially. We reinvest mortgage payments and leverage donor dollars to maximize our impact. Families gain economic stability and build a foundation for the future–for themselves, their children, and generations to come.

Housing Hope shall promote and provide affordable housing and tailored services to reduce homelessness and poverty for residents of Snohomish County and Camano Island.

The Veterans Guest House provides U.S. Military veterans with caring support during times of medical need by providing temporary overnight accommodations to our veterans and their family members when they are in the Reno, NV area for medical treatment.

Oakland Elizabeth House is a transitional program for women with children who have experienced homelessness, domestic violence, addiction, and/or poverty. Its mission is to support women and children in their transition to independence. Oakland Elizabeth House is dedicated to creating and maintaining a nurturing cooperative living environment of hospitality and respect. Located in the Rockridge area of Oakland, we have the capacity to house 10 families and two community resident interns.
