Appropriate Development Technology, Inc. (ADTINC) is a nonprofit based in Houston, Texas on a mission to bridge the economic and the digital divide. In this effort, we leverage new and innovative technology in 3d-Printing, Electronics, Coding, Drones, and more. In addition, we teach life skills such as financial literacy, communication, and critical thinking, which are essential for survival in modern society and the elimination of income inequality.

It will establish for individuals with disabilities a pipeline that will present employment opportunities and increase their independence, self-determination and inclusion within the community.

CareerCatchers works to promote career stability and self-sufficiency for every client through individualized counseling, training, and support. Since 2007, CareerCatchers has provided one-on-one sustained guidance for some 2,000 low-income and otherwise disadvantaged local residents. Our services are provided through the efforts of our Staff, Board of Directors, Volunteers, and Partners.

Our formula is simple: We partner with the largest IT employers and learn everything we can about the jobs they need to fill. Then we invest in talented young people and adults who can effectively use our free, high-quality job training and support services: first to get those jobs, and then advance in them.
