Trans Lifeline is a national trans-led 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving the quality of trans lives by responding to the critical needs of our community with direct service, material support, advocacy, and education. Our vision is to fight the epidemic of trans suicide and improve overall life-outcomes of trans people by facilitating justice-oriented, collective community aid.

New Directions believes that people who have disabilities deserve the same opportunities in life that others expect and enjoy. Our profoundly enriching travel programs expand the self-esteem of every traveler. Whole new worlds of understanding open for both participants and the general population. Through these unique programs, people with disabilities are increasingly understood, appreciated and accepted as important and contributing members of our world. Changing the way the world views disability— one adventure at a time.

The Home's mission is to help vulnerable children and their families build permanent, positive change. Each year, our community-based programs and residences meet the needs of more than 15,000 diverse youngsters and family members. These children are often society’s most vulnerable, victims of trauma, violence or shattered family lives. We ensure their emotional, social, educational and physical well- being from birth to age 26 through a dedicated team of professionals and a wide range of critical services. As a result, disadvantaged kids have safe surroundings, loving relationships and a secure path toward tomorrow.

Bridge21 Park City recognizes the isolation crisis individuals with disabilities face while approaching adulthood. There are not enough Neurodiverse Housing options that provide supported amenities. We believe Park City and Summit County are ready to build a more inclusive community and Bridge21 is building a network of bridges connecting individuals with disabilities to local housing. Ultimately, Bridge21 aims to build a Neurodiverse Co-Housing neighborhood. Our first house will be open for residents May 1, 2025.

AWOM hosts support groups for individuals who have lost a loved one in both Miami and New York called Time Talks. In addition, we host Halloween parties for both Miami Children's Hospital and Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, as well as provide meals for over 200 families at Olsen Middle School. During Christmas time, AWOM hosts a toy drive for families in need. Most importantly, AWOM has expanded into a direction for future female leaders with AWOM Girls Club at Olsen Middle School.

Improve the health and well-being of children by providing comprehensive, family-centered health care and committing to the highest level of clinical and psychosocial care, and to research, academic and service excellence.

We acknowledge that social inequality and injustice exacerbate drug-related harm. By engaging in outreach, education, and advocacy, we aim to transform our community's culture and challenge perceptions surrounding those grappling with substance use disorders. Our efforts focus on reducing the transmission of infectious diseases by offering free in-house testing, facilitating seamless transitions to treatment, promoting safer drug use practices, and connecting individuals and communities with recovery resources. Access Point of Georgia, Inc. wholeheartedly supports diverse recovery pathways by providing harm reduction services and recovery resources to people who use drugs and other key populations in Northeast Georgia.

The purpose of Gavins Gift of Grace is charitable, to raise funds through charitable contributions from the public to fund the final expenditures associated with the unexpected passing of infants and small children for families that cannot otherwise
