PEI Kids’ mission is to promote and maintain a safe environment for all children. PEI Kids works with the child, family and caregiver to provide prevention, intervention and advocacy programs relating to personal safety, sexual abuse and the overall well-being of the child.

Susannah’s House, an alcohol and drug treatment program for mothers in recovery, is a faith-based organization that exists to serve the spiritual, physical, and emotional needs of mothers and their children. In the highly structured program at Susannah's House, women engage in a gender-specific treatment specializing in alcohol and drug addiction. This treatment program focuses on issues which are pertinent to recovery and stabilization that include self-esteem and self-worth, empowerment, and positive lifestyles.

Radiant Futures is building a safer community in Orange County. Originally founded as Womens Transitional Living Center, we were the first domestic violence agency in Orange County and the third in the United States. For over 45 years, weve been a committed partner and solid presence in our community. As Radiant Futures, our work continues to evolve as we provide inclusive, comprehensives services to everyone impacted by domestic violence and human trafficking. To build a community free of harm, we also equip our neighbors with education to prevent violence and abuse.

Our mission is to serve as a resource for the community to ease the readjustment and reintegration of military members returning from our current wars and their families, as well as veterans from previous eras. We work towards peace and healing by providing the services required, advocating for clients, assisting the community at large in finding these services through other agencies, or facilitating the creation of programs by individual organizations. In addition, we strive to help develop future mental healthcare professionals who work with our demographic by offering internships and other professional development opportunities. In this way we are able to directly address the constantly growing need for well-trained providers to our community.

Community Based Care of Central Florida envisions a world in which every child has a safe, loving and nurturing home – free from abuse, neglect and abandonment. Our mission is to lead state and national stakeholders in the development of comprehensive policy and programs for all those affected by problem gambling. \n\nOur purpose is to serve as the national advocate for programs and services to assist problem gamblers and their families. \n\nOur vision is to improve health and wellness by reducing the personal, social and economic costs of problem gambling. Diversity and inclusion are important to us, as problem gambling has significant variations in specific communities.\n\nOur work includes additional efforts to address the unique impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on people affected by problem gambling and how both state governments and gambling operators are responding to the situation.

Empowering Children and Families was born out of experience working with children and families whose needs weren’t being met. A dedicated and compassionate group of people decided to join forces and build an organization to help kids and families. It was and is the right thing to do. Our mission is to help children and families construct and sustain a healthy foundation for the future. We do this by taking the time to establish trust and build a collaborative relationship. Many parents are too afraid to ask for help and if they do, they cycle through program after program with little to no progress. ECF makes a difference with families by providing a comprehensive “roadmap” unique to each family’s strengths and challenges that is culturally responsive.

The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) provides support groups, advocacy, educational programs, empowerment, recovery tools, and information to people living with depression and bipolar disorder in the United States. DBSA San Jose is a local chapter serving the Silicon Valley with peer-led support group meetings, wellness tools, and resource information for the South Bay area.
