The mission of The Southampton Hospital Association (SHA), a not for-profit membership corporation organized and existing under the laws of New York State, is to promote the health of people in the communities on the South Fork of Long Island from Westhampton to Montauk and Shelter Island. HOSPICE CARE IN WESTCHESTER AND PUTNAM'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE SERVICES BY OPERATING A LICENSED AND CERTIFIED HOSPICE PROGRAM OF PALLIATIVE AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, WHICH PROVIDES PHYSICAL, PYSCHOLOGOICAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL CARE FOR DYING PERSONS AND THEIR FAMILIES. HOSPICE CARE FOCUSES ON CARE AT HOME AND ASSURING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE PATIENTS AND SUPPORTIVE NEEDS OF THE FAMILY. CARE IS AVAILABLE TO ALL AREA RESIDENTS WHO MEET HOSPICE ADMISSION CRITERIA REGARDLESS OF DIAGNOSIS OR ABILITY TO PAY.

The Center for Donation & Transplant (CDT) offers hope and healing to donor families in upstate New York and western Vermont, empowering our community to restore the health of those needing an organ or tissue transplant through excellence of service, education and advocacy of organ and tissue donation.
