The Oakland Community Land Trust's (OakCLT) mission is to expand and preserve housing and economic development opportunities for Black, Latinx, Asian, other communities of color, and low-income residents of Oakland. In practice, we acquire housing, land, and other critical community-serving real estate and steward them in trust to ensure that they remain affordable forever. We create innovative shared-equity ownership structures that balance the needs of individuals and families to build wealth with the long-term goal of permanently preserving affordability. We foster leadership and build community power through an engaged board of OakCLT residents and community members to enact a vision of resident-powered development on community-owned land.

Central Arkansas Harm Reduction Project is a grassroots organization based in Little Rock, Arkansas created by and for people impacted by the War on Drugs. We stand side-by-side with people in our community and offer love and support.

G-PACT is dedicated to providing a network of resources for gastroparesis and chronic intestinal pseudo-obstruction patients, medical professionals, and the general population. All of our services are provided free of charge. We rely 100% on donations and grants. Our staff is fully voluntary and no one is paid for their services. This allows us to use 100% of all funding towards our awareness, advocacy, and operating expenses. We also sponsor the first international Gastroparesis Registry and have been collecting data since November 2015. In addition, we also contribute a percentage of net income each year to established research studies.

Oxford House, Inc. is the national 501(c)(3) umbrella organization that charters, supports, and helps expand a network of democratically self-run, self-supported, substance-free recovery homes. It provides technical assistance, education, and resources so people recovering from substance use disorders can live in peer-run sober housing and sustain long-term recovery.

TheConnecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR) organizes the recoverycommunity (people in recovery, family members, friends and allies) to 1) put aface on recovery and 2) provide recovery support services. By promoting recovery from alcohol and otherdrug addiction through advocacy, education and service, CCAR strives to enddiscrimination surrounding addiction and recovery, open new doors and removebarriers to recovery, maintain and sustain recovery regardless of the pathway,all the while ensuring that all people in recovery, and people seekingrecovery, are treated with dignity and respect.

Soles4Souls is a global not-for-profit institution dedicated to fighting the devastating impact and perpetuation of poverty. Soles4Souls advances its anti-poverty mission by collecting new and used shoes and clothes from individuals, schools, faith-based institutions, civic organizations and corporate partners, then distributing those shoes and clothes both via direct donations to people in need and by provisioning qualified micro-enterprise programs designed to create jobs in poor and disadvantaged communities. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Soles4Souls is committed to the highest standards of operating and governance, and holds a four-star rating with Charity Navigator.Soles4Souls distributes shoes and clothing in two ways. Most new items collected primarily from corporations and retailers are given directly to people in need, both in the U.S. and overseas. The organization has relationships with several of the world's leading apparel brands, which provides Soles4Souls with new but non-marketable overstocks, returns, discontinued models and other shoes or clothing items.At the same time, Soles4Souls receives millions of articles of used shoes and clothing that have been collected by individuals, schools, faith-based institutions, civic organizations and corporate partners. After sorting items in its national warehouse system, Soles4Souls typically sells the used shoes and clothing, as well as some new items allocated by manufacturers, to carefully selected micro-enterprise organizations. These both private and non-profit companies are contracted to provide shipping, financing, inventory, training and other support to ultra-small businesses in countries like Haiti where there are virtually no jobs to generate personal income.Through the collection and sale of used (and new) clothing and shoes, Soles4Souls helps create self-sustaining jobs that generate desperately needed revenues throughout those communities. The sale of footwear and apparel to support micro-jobs also provides the majority of funding to sustain Soles4Souls operations and further expand its donations of new shoes and clothing.

The Indiana Recovery Alliance operates under the philosophy of harm reduction to educate the community about health risks and to promote the health and dignity of the individuals and communities impacted by drug use. We respectfully collaborate with people to assist in any positive change, as a person defines it for themselves, beginning where the person is at with no biases or condemnations for the person's chosen lifestyle. Our efforts advance policies, practices and programs that address the adverse effects of drug use including overdose, HIV, hepatitis C, addiction and incarceration.

Our main purpose is to educate our families about the hazards of heroin and other drug abuse, so we guide our children to take a path, which is free of devastation, incarceration and death; to help those who may be struggling with addiction, to lift them to a place of recovery and peace. This will only be accomplished by working together with our government leaders, the media, social networking sites, and utilizing all available resources. We can be a role model for others in our country to follow, as we stand united, as a community, to say……Not One More overdose.Not One More lost spirit.Not one more grieving heart.
