Across the last three decades, this belief has guided our mission to improve quality of life for families challenged by Alzheimer's disease or another dementia through services tailored to meet individual needs. We play a key role in our community's continuum of long-term care services by offering affordable access to dementia-specific adult day health care programs, a variety of support services to help caregivers manage the day-to-day challenges of care, and community dementia education and outreach.
