Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia Nancy G. Brinker promised her sister that she would do everything in her power to end breast cancer forever. That promise is now Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, the global leader of the breast cancer movement, having invested more than $2.2 billion since inception in 1982. As the world’s largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists, we’re working together to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all and energize science to find the cures. Thanks to events like the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure® and the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure®, and generous contributions from our partners, sponsors and fellow supporters, we have become the largest source of nonprofit funds dedicated to the fight against breast cancer in the world.

Ayden’s Army of Angels provides resources financial and nutritional, to any families effected by Pediatric Cancer. We also know the importance of creating memories, so we host a variety of events throughout the year, not only to bring awareness, but to provide families the opportunity to create lasting memories. Our primary funding has come from Ayden himself. Prior to Ayden’s passing we raised 265k to seek him alternative treatment. Before we could get to those options, Ayden passed. I have taken the remainder of Aydens GoFundMe and opened the Foundation. Since September of 2017, I have issued over $30k in grants to Cancer Families. We have also hosted several parties and events for the families all at no cost to them.

CancerFIT is a non-profit that provides complimentary evidence-based exercise classes to cancer patients and survivors. Large studies have demonstrated that this decrease can be reduced or even eliminated if patients exercise during the weeks or months they are receiving chemotherapy. Presently, researchers are conducting studies to determine whether exercise can prevent cancer recurrence and/or improve survival outcomes.
