TO PROVIDE NURSING SERVICES AND ASThe Berrien County Cancer Service (BCCS) has had the honor of caring for Southwest Michigan's cancer patients since 1948. We are a unique skilled oncology nursing service that provides compassionate care for cancer patients and those with related illnesses in the comfort of their own home. We are able to do this at no cost because of the generosity of our community; we are "neighbors helping neighbors" in a time when local cancer patients need our special care. In addition to our nursing care services, we have an extensive loan closet of medical equipment and supplies that we offer at no cost including nutritional supplements, wound management supplies along with incontinence products. We have wigs, hats, turbans and can provide breast cancer patients special products they may need. We host an art program for children and families impacted by cancer to provide emotional support. It is dedicated to supporting research and education in the early detection and treatment of thyroid, and head & neck cancers. THANC is actively committed to advancing new therapies and alleviating the suffering and functional impairment of patients who undergo treatment.

Tracy's Kids helps young cancer patients and their families cope with the emotional stress and trauma of cancer and its treatment. Our mission is to ensure that the children and families we serve are emotionally equipped to fight cancer as actively as possible — and prepared for the time when they are cancer free.

Basic Health International exists to eliminate cervical cancer on a global level through cutting edge research for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer in low resource settings. Through research and field-work in Latin American countries, BHI is creating a scalable blueprint of sustainable strategies that can be applied in communities throughout the world to prevent, identify, and treat cervical cancer. Aligned with the World Health Organization’s mission to eliminate cervical cancer globally by 2030, BHI’s team of experts focuses on research, community education, outreach, and policy. During COVID-19 we are building laboratory infrastructure for SARS-CoV-2 testing which can later be used for the HPV testing critical to cervical cancer elimination.

The mission of our organization is to raise funds for fellowship grants supporting critical cancer research conducted by distinguished Israeli scientists conducting research at leading hospitals and universities throughout Israel.

The purpose of My Hope Chest is to help restore self-esteem, dignity and confidence to breast cancer survivors by facilitating and funding, as needed, reconstructive surgery for those who do not have adequate financial means to afford such surgery and to educate survivors on their breast reconstruction options.

The Bone Marrow & Cancer Foundation, founded in 1992, is dedicated to improving the quality of life for cancer and transplant patients and their families by providing vital financial assistance, comprehensive resources, educational information, physician referrals, and emotional support programs. Guided by a medical advisory board of nationally-recognized cancer specialists and working with hospitals across the United States, the Bone Marrow & Cancer Foundation is the only organization of its kind that does not limit assistance to a specific disease, type of transplant or age range. For the past 28 years, the Foundation has connected patients and their families with the services they need—from diagnosis through survivorship—to make effective decisions about treatment and its aftermath.
