THE FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED EXCLUSIVELY TO OWN AND ADMINISTER FUNDS FOR THE DENVER ART MUSEUM AND TO MAKE PERIODIC DISTRIBUTIONS TO THE MUSEUM FOR ITS EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES.

Mystic Seaport's mission is to create a broad, public understanding of the relationship of America and the Sea.
