Busch Wildlife Sanctuary rescues, medically treats, rehabilitates, and (when possible) releases sick, injured, or orphaned native Florida wildlife while providing curriculum-based environmental education to the public. The organization aims to promote conservation and stewardship of Florida’s native habitats and species through hands-on programs and community outreach.

The Marine Mammal Stranding Center rescues, rehabilitates, and releases stranded or injured marine mammals and sea turtles along the New Jersey coast; it also collects stranding data, supports research, and provides public education through its Sea Life Museum and outreach programs.

Founded by Carol Buckley in 2009, Elephant Aid International (EAI) envisions a world in which society respects elephants and provides them conditions in which they can thrive. Built on decades of experience and scientific advances, our mission is to improve the lives of elephants and the people who live and work with them. EAI collaborates with governments, municipalities, biologists, mahouts (elephant trainers), researchers, veterinarians, educators, progressive zoo professionals, and owners. Together, we work to raise awareness of the plight of captive-held elephants everywhere they live; and advocate for improved standards and practices.

Coral Restoration Foundation™ (CRF) is the world’s largest non-profit marine-conservation organization dedicated to restoring coral reefs to a healthy state, in Florida as well as globally. Headquartered in the Florida Keys, CRF was incorporated in 2007 in response to the widespread loss of the dominant coral species on Florida's Coral Reef. CRF’s core mission is to restore coral reefs, to educate others on the importance of our oceans, and to use science to further coral research and coral-reef monitoring techniques. Coral reefs are the most threatened habitat on earth and stony corals the most at risk group of animals facing extinction. All coral reefs, in all oceans of the world, are at risk. Since 2012, CRF has planted more than 250,000 critically endangered staghorn, elkhorn, and star corals back onto these reefs, an ambitious scope of work carried out by a small team of staff, countless volunteers , and interns. Large-scale and massive action is required to save our reefs. CRF has proven that this is possible after more than a decade of successfully outplanting corals throughout the Florida Keys.

The Connecticut Zoological Society operates Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo to educate the public about the relationships between living things and their environments and to promote conservation. Through animal exhibits, educational programs, and community outreach, it aims to raise awareness and foster stewardship of wildlife and habitats.

World Bird Sanctuary works to protect and preserve birds and their habitats through conservation, rehabilitation, and education. It operates a raptor hospital for injured birds, runs public education and visitor programs, and engages in species conservation and rehabilitation activities to support threatened bird populations.
