The Humane Farming Association (HFA) - now over 200,000 members strong - is the nation's largest and most effective organization dedicated to the protection of farm animals. HFA's efforts against Bovine Growth Hormones have been pivotal in mobilizing the public against this cruel and dangerous dairy hormone. And HFA's campaigns to stop the abuse of millions of pigs, chickens, and other victims of factory farming continue to turn the tide against the abusive factory farm industry. HFA's Farm Animal Refuge is the largest farm animal rescue facility in the world. Over seven square miles, HFA's Refuge offers hands-on emergency care, rehabilitation, and refuge for abused farm animals. HFA is the only national farm animal protection organization with a shelter that has never turned away farm animals seized as a result of a cruelty case.In 1991, HFA established its political and legislative arm - the Humane Farming Action Fund (HFAF). HFAF is the nation's only political lobbying organization founded exclusively to protect animals raised on farms. Last Chance Forever, The Bird of Prey Conservancy's mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and release sick, injured, and orphaned birds of prey. Raptors are important ecological barometers, indicator species, that tell us messages concerning the over-all health of our environment. After all, they live on the same earth that we do, breath the same air, and drink the same water. Being smaller than us, toxins and other forms of environmental ills will affect them quicker than humans. LCF also provides sanctuary for raptors that are unfit to return to the wild. Many are used as Educational Ambassadors in public demonstrations, or as surrogates used to teach young raptors how to survive in the wild. LCF performs over 300 educational programs a year to a wide variety of audiences in varied venues.

They combine science, local restoration projects, and policy advocacy to sustain resilient wild fish and the waters they depend on across the state.

Our goal for PASA is to be an invaluable resource for primate sanctuaries throughout Africa. Recognizing the intrinsic value that wildlife sanctuaries provide as a nexus of long term commitment to enforcement of wildlife laws, animal welfare and conservation of wild primates, we will advocate for our member sanctuaries on these and other relevant issues and provide a readily accessible international communication network for these members. PASA's programs will evolve with the threats that face African primates and the needs of our members; we will continuously seek creative solutions to provide our members with the best tools to promote long term success in the fight to protect and care for Africa's primates. We will accomplish this while maintaining PASA's Culture of Trust and Caring. We will follow PASA's Code of Values which includes transparency, collaboration, fairness, competence, humility and respect both internally with our member sanctuaries and in our relationships with supporters, governments, and non-governmental organizations. Every African primate sanctuary, regardless of size, will be able to obtain quality training and access to conservation services from a membership organization that puts its members' collective interests first and foremost.

In partnership with the Island Community through public education and cooperation, it is the mission of the Anna Maria Island Turtle Watch and Shorebird Monitoring to assure a suitable habitat for people, sea turtles, & shorebirds, the ecosystem of the island and it’s surrounding waters.

Chimpanzee Sanctuary Northwest provides lifetime quality care for formerly abused and exploited chimpanzees while advocating for great apes everywhere.

We're on a mission to save and protect bonobos and their rainforest home - forever. We do this through rescue, sanctuary, and rewilding, by partnering with local communities to tackle root causes and save rainforests, and by raising the profile of bonobos locally and globally.

Atlanta Wild Animal Rescue Effort (aka AWARE Wildlife Center) rehabilitates Georgia's injured and orphaned native wildlife and educates the community about habitat preservation and peaceful coexistence. AWARE is the leading wildlife rehabilitation center in the state and the only one in the Atlanta area that accepts all species of native wildlife.Working in cooperation with state and federal agencies such as US Fish and Wildlife Service and Georgia Department of Natural Resources, AWARE provides wildlife rehabilitation services otherwise unavailable to the public. AWARE is an informational resource that educates children and adults alike in all matters of conservation, habitat preservation and restoration, peaceful coexistence with wildlife and environmental stewardship.

Last Chance for Animals (LCA) recognizes that animals have the ability to experience pain, and as such they deserve certain basic rights protecting them from pain caused by humans. LCA believes that non-human animals should not be subjected to suffering and exploitation by humans because alternatives exist for nearly every traditional "usage" of animals. LCA opposes the use of animals for scientific curiosity, entertainment, clothing, and food. LCA recognizes the use of non-human animals in medical experimentation as both immoral and of questionable scientific validity due to the tremendous biological difference between species. LCA's work advocates conscious and informed lifestyle decisions, and the organization is committed to disseminating truthful information about societal animal abuse to improve the treatment of animals.
