SUGAR'S GIFT, INC. Our mission is to provide hospice, euthanasia and end-of-life veterinary services for terminally ill pets in their own homes. This allows them a comfortable, peaceful setting, where they have lived and been loved, to cross over the Rainbow Bridge with dignity. Our services overcome conditions that could be due to the pet's inability to be moved or treated at a facility, or due to the owner's inability to leave the home. Our 10-year old Yorkie, Sugar, passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2013. We made sure she crossed over the Rainbow Bridge from home with comfort, dignity and peace. Sugar's Gift to your Little Angel is to allow them the same privilege: Sugar is helping them cross over the Rainbow Bridge from home, with the help from others who have donated funds to make that happen. Every Little Angel should be able to spend their last moments in the place they are most comfortable - at home. SUGAR'S GIFT, INC. is the only non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization in the country whose mission is to help terminally ill pets cross over the Rainbow Bridge from home with comfort, dignity and peace.

The Humane Society of Central Oregon (HSCO) has been serving the community since 1961, and endeavors to strengthen the human-animal bond by advocating and compassionately caring for animals. Project Street Vet is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit public charity that provides free veterinary care, treatment, and support to the pets of individuals experiencing homelessness and/or housing vulnerability. Project Street Vet was founded by veterinarian Dr. Kwane Stewart, who for the past decade has provided free veterinary care to pets of people experiencing homelessness – walking areas of high homelessness to seek pets and pet parents in need. Haven Humane Society is more than an animal shelter; we are a community-supported animal resource center providing compassion and care for all animals. Since 1952, Haven Humane has offered lifesaving programs and services for animals and the people who love them in the Greater Shasta County Area. At our Anderson campus, we provide shelter, dedicated care, and new beginnings for thousands of our community’s most vulnerable animals every year. In addition to pet adoptions and fostering, we focus on programs and services aimed at helping people care for and keep their pets, such as free and low-cost spay/neuter and vaccines, a pet food pantry, and licensing services. In 2023, Haven Humane helped more than 7,000 animals through adoptions, rehabilitation, lost & found, veterinary services, and Animal Regulations, and rescue.

A community based non-profit 501c(3) organization that rescues cats and kittens from high-kill shelters and at-risk homeless situations, providing them with a no-kill shelter and on-site medical care, seeking loving permanent homes for them. As Tuolumne Spay and Neuter, we aim to offer low-cost spay and neuter services to promote healthy pet ownership, reduce the number of unwanted animals, and manage the feral cat population. We will serve low-income community members, trap-neuter-return (TNR) efforts, and local rescues.

Angels of Assisi seeks to change the traditional definition of an animal shelter by offering services and programs to benefit the community, the people that live there, and the pets they love. The organization operates the largest private animal shelter in the Roanoke Valley, as well as a low cost Community Pet Clinic and farm animal sanctuary. Through the Community Pet Clinic and Adoption Center, Angels of Assisi is able to provide resources to pet owners to keep their pets happy and healthy. The adoption center puts emphasis on these services to help people be able to keep their pets over turning them in to the shelter. Angels of Assisi strives to be a resource to the community and also offers services to area and rural shelters to help end the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable pets.

Spay Neuter Network's mission is to to eliminate pet overpopulation through subsidized spay/neuter services, while empowering communities to care responsibly for dogs and cats.
