NABA is dedicated to the conservation of wild butterflies and their habitats. Butterflies are wildlife, and should be valued and protected as such. As pollinators they are critical to our shared environment, and as indicator species they give us early warning of environmental peril. Butterflies are a key link in the food chain. Butterflies are also wondrous and magical in a way that singularly captures our imaginations and connects people with nature and each other. NABA envisions a future where wild butterflies thrive in healthy habitats, none are threatened or endangered, and all people can enjoy observing them in nature.

The Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation is an international nonprofit organization that protects the natural world through the conservation of invertebrates and their habitats. As a science-based organization, it both conducts its own research and relies upon the most up-to-date information to guide its conservation work. Key program areas are: pollinator conservation, endangered species conservation, and reducing pesticide use and impacts. In 2018, Xerces Society took over the operations of Bee City USA.

To provide shelter to stray, abandoned, and surrendered animals until a suitable home can be found; to never euthanize an animal for space; and to deliver programs that benefit both people and pets in Noble County.

Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary rescues, rehabilitates, and provides lifelong sanctuary and veterinary care to abused, neglected, and abandoned farmed animals; it also runs educational programs and advocacy to raise awareness about the harms of industrial animal agriculture and promote compassion/veganism.

Summit Lost Pet Rescue is a volunteer, donation-funded 501(c)(3) that educates the public on lost‑pet prevention, conducts search-and-rescue missions for pets lost in Summit County, Colorado, and works to reunite those animals with their owners. The group also provides training and search protocols to help owners and volunteers locate missing pets.

The Kearney Area Animal Shelter is a privately run, no-kill shelter that rescues, rehabilitates, and rehomes dogs and cats while providing medical care (spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping) and community education. The shelter partners with local government animal control, relies on donations, and focuses on finding permanent homes and preventing animal suffering in the Kearney area.

NO KILL DOG RESCUE

Provides shelter and care, with compassion, dignity and love, to the homeless cats and dogs of their community. They also provide adoption services, spay/neuter clinics and community education. They have been helping animals in their community since 1975. Every animal that comes to our shelter stays with us until they are adopted. They believe that each animal has unique qualities that someone is looking for in a companion and that time increases the chances of them finding each other.

Rescue Express reduces animal euthanasia on a large scale by transporting thousands of animals each year, free-of-charge, from areas significantly impacted by pet over-population to rescue organizations who find them homes.

Our mission is to give abandoned, injured, special needs, and exploited birds a second chance and a new life through rescue, veterinary attention, and lifetime housing, compassion, and care.

At RHINO 911, we are focused on providing new solutions for on-the-ground response to wounded and orphaned Rhinos for the survival of the Rhino Species.While we’re starting with the Rhinos we’re also working toward a future where every Province in South Africa has the same infrastructure with advanced technology and air capabilities to respond to any wounded animals including; Elephants, Lions, Giraffes, Cheetahs, and Leopards.
