The Marfan Foundation creates a brighter future for everyone affected by Marfan syndrome and related disorders. • We persue the most innovative research and make sure that it receives proper funding. • We create an informed public and educated patient community to increase early diagnosis and ensure life-saving treatment. • We provide relentless support to families, caregivers, and healthcare providers. Our mission creates play, dignity and social equity for children with disabilities through inclusive playgrounds and education programs that unite children of all abilities. Inclusion Matters by Shane's Inspiration has grown into a powerful network of 80 inclusive, sensory and literacy-rich playgrounds throughout the world. Our Together, We Are Able education program is in over 67 countries and transforms the playgrounds into classrooms where children with and without disabilities learn to see beyond their differences.

Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation was established in 1978 and is dedicated solely to advancing the mission of Children’s Hospital Colorado. Thanks to donations large and small and the generous philanthropic spirit of our community, Children’s Colorado is able to provide the family-centered care for which we have become world renowned. From conducting cutting-edge research and treatment to building kids’ confidence through our hospital sports program, providing family sleep rooms and integrating arts therapy into the healing process, Children’s Colorado is truly unique in its approach to treatment.

Smile Train is an international children’s charity with a sustainable approach to a single, solvable problem: cleft lip and palate. Millions of children in developing countries with unrepaired clefts live in shame, but more importantly, have difficulty eating, breathing and speaking. Cleft repair surgery is simple, and the transformation is immediate. Our sustainable model provides training and funding to empower local doctors in 85+ developing countries to provide 100%-free cleft repair surgery in their communities. We use the “teach a man to fish” model focusing on training local doctors to perform cleft repairs in their communities. Those doctors then go on to train other doctors creating a long-term, sustainable system. Patients see their smile for the first time, parents cry tears of joy, lives and communities are changed forever. As a result of our efficiency and with the support of our donors and partners around the world, Smile Train has transformed the lives of more than one million children by giving them the power of a smile -- that's roughly 350 surgeries a day and 128,000+ every year.

Established in the year 2000, the Preeclampsia Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to reduce maternal and infant illness and death due to preeclampsia and other hypertensive disorders of pregnancy by providing patient support and education, raising public awareness, catalyzing research and improving health care practices.

To provide Night Night Packages, free of charge, to homeless children from birth to pre-teen who need our childhood and educational essentials to feel secure, cozy, ready to learn, and significant.  Each Night Night Package contains a new security blanket, an age-appropriate children's book, and a stuffed animal -- all nestled inside a canvas tote bag.
