Golden Hour Festival Fund

Donations made to The Golden Hour Fund will be split evenly between Baby2Baby and Crew Nation. Baby2Baby: Baby2Baby provides children living in poverty, ages 0–12 years, with diapers, clothing and all the basic necessities that every child deserves. They have been working around the clock to provide millions of essential items to children impacted by COVID-19 and have distributed 15 million essential items, including diapers, hygiene, formula and more to children across the country. Crew Nation: Live music inspires millions around the world, but the concerts we all enjoy wouldn’t be possible without the countless crew members working behind the scenes. As COVID-19 puts concerts on pause, we want to extend a helping hand to the touring and venue crews who depend on shows to make a living. Crew Nation was created to do just that. Crew members are the backbone of the live music industry, and we hope you’ll join us in supporting them through this temporary intermission until we can once again unite millions around the world through the power of live music. Crew Nation is powered by Music Forward Foundation, a charitable 501c3 organization, that will be administering the fund.

Snap Pride Presents in Observance of National Coming Out Day : A Fundraiser Supporting The Marsha P. Johnson Institute & Rainbow Railroad

About the Marsha P. Johnson Institute The Marsha P. Johnson Institute protects and defends the human rights of black transgender people. They do this by organizing, advocating, creating an intentional community to heal, developing transformative leadership, and promoting collective power. The mission of the Institute is to reclaim the life and legacy of Marsha P. Johnson. Its founding was rooted in developing a response to the intersectionality of the murder of black trans women and women of color –– and the social, economic, racial, gender and reproductive discrimination such victims face. About Rainbow Railroad Around the world LGBTQI+ people continue to face oppression worldwide; in over 70 countries there are laws that criminalize same sex intimacy and discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. In eight countries same sex intimacy is punishable by death. The global refugee crisis is exasperating the plight of LGBTQI+ people worldwide. According to the United Nations High Commissioner on Refugees, there are now over 70 million displaced people in the world – the largest number since the Second World War. For many reasons, LGBTQI+ people face unique challenges trying to claim refugee status. Rainbow Railroad exists to provide a solution to this problem. The organization’s ultimate goal is a world free of persecution.

IRC - Syria & Turkey Earthquake Relief

The International Rescue Committee responds to the world's worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing, and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster. Founded in 1933 at the call of Albert Einstein, the IRC is at work in over 40 countries and more than 20 U.S. cities helping people to survive, reclaim control of their future and strengthen their communities. The IRC is deeply concerned for tens of thousands who have been affected by the powerful earthquake that hit Turkiye (also known as Turkey), sending shockwaves across northern Syria and parts of Lebanon. Freezing temperatures have left thousands exposed to extreme cold and without shelter. Syria's health system is already strained beyond capacity due to conflict and a cholera outbreak. Our teams are working tirelessly to ensure the safety of those affected. These earthquakes are yet another devastating blow to so many vulnerable populations already struggling after years of conflict. The IRC has worked in Syria since 2012. Through programs coordinated by our teams based in Iraq, Jordan and Syria, the IRC provides emergency and long-term services related to economic recovery, housing, early childhood development, protection for survivors of violence (particularly women and children), primary, reproductive and mental healthcare, hygiene, and more. Your gift will help us provide emergency services to families in Turkey and Syria and refugee families in countries around the world.
