Growing Hope Solent is a charity offering free therapy for children and young people (0-18) with additional needs, in partnership with King's Community Church, Hedge End. We also provide support for parents, carers and siblings through our groups and courses. Our clinic is open to everyone in the Solent area.

Smile4Ghana provides dental services to deprived communities in Ghana (West Africa). Ghana is a country where access to dental care is minimal. The volunteers, who consist largely of dental health care professionals, offer emergency pain relief, restoration of patients' dentition, preventative advice and oral health education. Treatment is provided in field (pop up) clinics.The charity is funded by donations from fund raising.
