Created in memory of Izzy Eagland, who lost her battle with melanoma at 26, this charity supports young people and families affected by skin cancer. Funds will drive research, provide pop-up screening centres, medical equipment, and vital support for those impacted by melanoma.

Resolve is, every week, helping local residents in their recovery from alcohol and drug misuse through dedicated and tailored groups.These groups are part of our programme of 54 weeks of support, including face-to-face 121s, with the ultimate goal to move those attending to manageable and positive lifestyles for themselves, for their families and for their communities.And they are all free of charge.We have services based in the communities in which we work - Welwyn Garden City, Letchworth and Hatfield.'This is an insidious, progressive and barbaric illness which will corrupt every aspect of living. Clyst Caring Friends is a local charity providing transport, a day centre, and a charity shop to support older and vulnerable people in our community, helping reduce loneliness and promote independence through practical help and friendship.

Torrington Drive Community Association was first formed in 1989 and became a charity in 1995 and over the last 34 years has aimed to support and empower residents and members of the community to voice and tackle concerns centring around poverty, social isolation and education. Initially started to support the Torrington Drive Estate in Halewood it has expanded over the past 10 years taking on the former New Hutte Primary School as its own Asset, now ran as the New Hutte Neighbourhood Centre, which houses many of the services which meet the needs of the wider Halewood Community. Our services ensure that residents have access to regular social contact and support within the community. Many of our residents are vulnerable and live in poverty and we provide them with a vital contact point in which we can help them to access further help if it is needed or to provide direct support to them utilising our on site services or via groups and teams based at our New Hutte site. Through our interaction we are able to offer a wide array of support packages including training and coordinated help.
