This digital interface helps break down traditional recruitment barriers, offering a safe, supportive environment for TNB job seekers. 2. Comprehensive Training Programs: We provide targeted training for both job seekers and employers. For job seekers, our training covers resume writing, interview skills, and workplace rights, enhancing their marketability and confidence. For employers, we offer workshops on fostering inclusive work environments, addressing unconscious biases, and implementing non-discriminatory policies. This dual training approach ensures that TNB individuals not only gain employment but also thrive in these environments. 3. Network of Inclusive Employers: We actively build partnerships with a broad network of companies, public entities, and institutions committed to diversity and inclusion. With over 440 companies in our network, Contrata Trans enhances job opportunities for TNB individuals in supportive workplaces, promoting their retention and professional success. 4.
