Girls Inc. inspires all girls to be strong, smart, and bold through direct service and advocacy. Our programming – delivered to 156,000 girls in partnership with schools and at our centers – across 83 affiliates in over 330 cities and 1,400 sites focuses on the development of the whole girl. The Humane Society Of Rochester And Monroe County for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Inc. was founded in 1873. Since the 1950's the Society has been known as Lollypop Farm, its name coming from the then popular Shirley Temple song - On the Good Ship Lollipop.
