Founded in 2014 and given a 501(c)(3) in 2015, Adolescent Cultural Exchange through Sports is aimed at giving low-income, inner-city students a chance to broaden their horizons by experiencing a world outside of their own. ACES will be taking student athletes overseas on a cultural, educational, social and sports trip. These trips are geared toward showing the students that what they see in their daily lives isn't all the world has to offer. Using that new found understanding, it is ACES hope that the cycle of poverty, educational neglect, drugs, and other problems that these young men and women face will be broken and replaced with a new cycle of higher education, hard work, and an understanding that no matter their situation, they can be successful.
