The Center for Arts Education (CAE) is dedicated to ensuring that all New York City public school students have quality arts learning as an essential part of their K-12 education. CAE is the only organization in New York working through direct service programs in schools; professional development for school leaders, classroom teachers and teaching artists; and active advocacy and public engagement to inform and influence educational and fiscal policies in support of a well-rounded education for all children that includes the arts.

Yet, Americans with disabilities have the highest rate of unemployment, the highest rate of poverty and the lowest level of education of any minority grouless than 3 percent of institutionalized giving is directed to programs serving people with disabilities. They are the forgotten minority. The ChairScholars Foundation, Inc. is a Florida-based charity with 501c (3) status. Our sole mission is to provide scholarships to low-income children with severe physical disabilities for college. We have three programs for this purpose; the Florida Program, the National Program and the New York Metropolitan Area Program.
