The mission of the South Shore SNAP ("SNAP") is to provide our community of special needs children and their families the opportunity to take part in athletic activities/programs that are specifically designed and tailored to their disabilities and generally not available through mainstream programs as follows: SNAP will develop, staff, and produce activities/programs for pre-school through high school aged special needs students, and will secure the resources needed to provide activity/program offerings each season. As a 501(C)(3) entity, SNAP will raise money through all means available to it to ensure the longevity of its mission. SNAP will work hand in hand with all relevant disciplines to ensure that the activities/programs offered are properly developed to address participants’ special needs, including the training of mentors and coaches. SNAP will endeavor to produce a very positive athletic and social experience for all involved.

It is the mission of CAF to provide opportunities and support to people with physical disabilities so they can pursue active lifestyles through physical fitness and competitive athletics. CAF believes that involvement in sports enhances an individuals self-esteem, independence and quality of life.

The Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy (Parks Conservancy) is the nonprofit support partner to the Golden Gate National Parks, created to preserve the parks, enhance the experiences of park visitors, and build a community dedicated to conserving the parks for the future.

From the website: First Tee – Raritan Valley’s mission is to impact the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values, and promote healthy choices through the game of golf. The First Tee program allows youth ages 5-18 to participate in the life skills experience, core values, and increase their golf skills. We currently offer program opportunities in Hunterdon, Middlesex, Morris, Somerset, Union, and Warren Counties of New Jersey. The New Jersey Youth Development Foundation (NJYDF) annually provides financial assistance, programs, and scholarships. This chapter currently operates programs at a variety of locations to include: Heron Glen Golf Course in Hunterdon County, Old Bridge Golf Course, Rutgers Golf Course, and Tamarack Golf Course in Middlesex County, PGA Tour Superstore in Morris County, Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club in Somerset County, and Ash Brook Golf Course, Galloping Hill Golf Course, and Shady Rest CC in Union County.

The mission of the U.S. Soccer Foundation is to provide underserved communities access to innovative play spaces and evidence-based soccer programs that instill hope, foster well-being, and help youth achieve their fullest potential.We view soccer as a powerful vehicle for social change. By supporting the development of places to play, places to grow, and places to learn, our goal is to ensure that children in underserved communities have easy and affordable access to quality soccer programs that support their physical and personal development.

By seamlessly integrating the game of golf with a life skills curriculum, we create active learning experiences that build inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience that kids can carry to everything they do. We’re Building Game Changers through our junior golf programs.

Founded in 1988 by Paul Newman, The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp is a community dedicated to providing “a different kind of healing” to children and their families coping with cancer, sickle cell anemia, and other serious illnesses. Through summer sessions and family weekends at the Camp in Ashford, Connecticut and year-round outreach to hospitals and clinics across the Northeast, the Camp serves more than 20,000 children and family members annually. All services are provided free of charge.

Victory Junction enriches the lives of children with serious illnesses by providing life-changing camp experiences that are exciting, fun and empowering, at no cost to children or their families.

The Oakland Genesis Soccer Club is a non-profit organization that provides socially and economically disadvantaged youth, aged 13-18, with free transportation, academic support, and professional soccer coaching.
