Community Skills Development is a community humanitarian organization whose mission is to work with the disadvantaged, destitute, the poor and oppressed to foster integral human transformation this we fulfil by the following: TRANSFORMATIONAL DEVELOPMENT; building capacities, empowering the weak, disadvantaged and vulnerable, PROMOTION OF HUMAN DEVELOPMENT; by responding to emergencies, fighting disease and poverty, and nurturing peaceful and just societies; and WORKING WITH COMMUNITY; based organizations, Government Institutions and Churches regardless of Creed, Gender and Tribe
We empower women and children living in rural communities to overcome social injustice, disease, illiteracy, and poverty. Our small-scale interventions enhance their social and economic well being and help them reach their potential.
JFCU advocates for and supports the rights and needs of children affected by all forms of violence and/or whose right to education has been denied. Special attention is given to children heading households and those affected by child marriage and armed conflict.

To act as a leading organisation and a global voice for the rights of those who face discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and/or sex characteristics (SOGIESC). 2. To work towards achieving equality, freedom and justice for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and intersex people through advocacy, collaborative actions, and by educating and informing relevant international and regional institutions as well as governments, media and civil society. 3. To empower our members and other human rights organisations in promoting and protecting human rights, irrespective of people's sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and/or sex characteristics and to facilitate cooperation and solidarity among ILGA regions and members. 4. To promote the diversity and strengths of persons of diverse SOGIESC around the world.
