SeniorCare is a consumer-centered, community-based nonprofit that coordinates and delivers services for older adults and adults with disabilities so they can remain independent and live in the setting of their choice. Its services include home care, Meals on Wheels/nutrition, care management, protective services and volunteer programs designed to help seniors age safely in their communities.
