THE RESCUE MISSION OF UTICA PROVIDES A WIDE ARRAY OF SERVICES AND HOUSING TO THE HOMELESS, THE MENTALLY ILL, THOSE STRUGGLING WITH ADDICTIONS SEEKING TO REESTABLISH THEMSELVES IN AND TO CONTRIBUTE TO SOCIETY. IT IS THE LARGEST PROVIDER OF SUCH SERVICES BETWEEN SYRACUSE AND SCHENECTADY.
Hall-Dawson CASA Program Mission Statement:Hall-Dawson Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to ensure abused and neglected children have the right to a safe and permanent home.
