Project Bread brings a fresh approach to ending hunger. These are our goals: to promote sustainable and reliable access to healthy food for all, to invest in the strength and resiliency of local communities, and to collaborate with others in building a robust regional food system. With the support of our partners, donors, corporate sponsors, individuals—and tens of thousands of Walkers—we work to break the cycle of hunger and poverty by devising, funding, advocating for, and facilitating solutions that change lives across the Commonwealth. As the only statewide anti-hunger organization, we listen and learn, identify needs and opportunities, and connect people, resources, and programs—in ways both tried and new.
Meals on Wheels is a community-based service that provides fresh, nutritious meals delivered directly to the homes of seniors and individuals with disabilities throughout the Twin Cities. In addition to regularly providing healthy foods, caring volunteers provide social connection that helps meal recipients remain living independently in their own homes.

The mission of End 68 Hours of Hunger is to confront the nearly 68 hours of hunger experienced by some local children between the free lunch they receive on Friday and the free breakfast they receive on Monday. We provide backpacks of food to feed them through the weekend
Drawing on Jewish traditions of Tzedakah (charity) and tikkun olam (repairing the world) we offer free health care services to anyone in need, without regard to religion. We offer an atmosphere of respect, empowerment and partnership with our patients, and strive to assist them in attaining full health and well-being.
White Pony Express was created with the mission to help eliminate hunger and poverty in Contra Costa County by delivering the abundance all around us to those in need. All of us helping all of us! They have three programs: Food Rescue, Free General Stores, and the White Pony Inn.

Through empowerment, education, and partnerships The Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri brings community resources together to feed people in need. We provide food at no charge to pantries, soup kitchen and other member agencies that distribute it to people in need at no charge.
Partners in Action for Healthy Living's mission is to empower South DeKalb residents to make healthy choices that support their best quality of life. We do this by empowering and educating individuals through gardening and urban agriculture, connecting people to the land, to their food and most importantly, to each other.
