The Taraloka Foundation creates opportunities for Himalayan girls by providing education, healthcare, and a safe refuge. We strive to do the best we can for a small group of girls in the Himalayan region of Sikkim. We rescue girls from difficult circumstances and support all of their needs until they graduate from college. As soon as one of our girls enters college, we have room to bring another girl into the Sikkim Happiness Home, their safe refuge. Many have lost their parents and have no safety net. Some of our girls have a parent or a relative, but for a variety of reasons they need the safe refuge of the Sikkim Happiness Home. Regardless of the circumstance, our girls enjoy a life together as sisters. We help them cross over from a life of suffering to a life full of joy and potential.

Yeriwah Mega Foundation is dedicated to healing, improving and advancing the health and quality of life of underserved and vulnerable people in rural communities in developing countries through the provision of medical, surgical care services and education.

Red Oak Hope is an organization dedicated to bringing freedom, hope, and restoration to survivors of sexual exploitation. We work to stop trafficking and exploitation on a large scale while simultaneously providing holistic care to individuals and communities already affected.

The founding members volunteered to teach children and youth in Moria and Kara Tepe Camps on Lesvos to ensure that these displaced students continued to get an education while their lives were in flux. They recruit volunteers for their programs—the Teaching Program, both in person and virtual, and the Girls Empowerment Program. They also develop curriculum, teach classes, conduct professional development, fundraise for program activities, and offer presentations focusing on their work with refugees.

Clinic Nepal is a non-profit organization that provides vital healthcare services to the Meghauli and Daldale communities in Nepal. The organization was founded in 1997 by Hari Bhandary, with a vision to improve access to education, healthcare, clean water and sanitary facilities in the region. The organization’s core services include a Friendship Clinic, which offers general medical care and a range of specialized services such as pediatrics, gynecology, and infectious disease control. Additionally, Clinic Nepal operates the Friendship Scout Troop, which encourages young people to take an active role in their community through leadership and volunteer opportunities. The Wolfgang and Prabhat Kindergartens in the Meghauli area provide early childhood education, while the Asha Kokiran Children’s Hostel and Kindergarten in Daldale provide a safe and nurturing environment for children who otherwise would not have access to education. One of the key aspects of Clinic Nepal’s mission is to empower the community to be self-reliant, they also help in sponsorship of over 150 students in both academic and vocational capacities, by providing them with education and training opportunities. The organization has also made a significant impact in the region through the installation of clean water pumps and sanitary latrines, and by conducting recurring health camps. Clinic Nepal relies on the support of sponsors, volunteers, interns, and other friends from all around the world to continue its important work. Rainbow World Fund (RWF) is an all-volunteer international humanitarian service agency based in the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) and friends community. RWF's mission is to promote LGBT philanthropy in the area of world humanitarian relief. Founded in 2000, RWF works to help people who suffer from hunger, poverty, disease, oppression and war by raising awareness and funds to support relief efforts around the world. RWF works in the LGBT and friends community educating people about world need. Along with raising our community's consciousness, RWF raises funds to support humanitarian relief projects. RWF provides a united voice, a visible presence, and a structure to deliver charitable assistance from the LGBT community to the larger world community.
