For over 20 years, Way to Grow has been one of the preeminent early learning programs in the Twin Cities. We focus on the most important stages of life from prenatal to kindergarten and parenting. In October 2010, we launched the Great by Eight Initiative in partnership with the Minneapolis Public Schools. This new program expands our research-based model to grade three, age eight. We firmly believe that every child should be born healthy, stay healthy and have the equal opportunity to succeed in school and life. And that can only happen with parents' active participation. Through our in-home and center-based programming, we help parents create a healthy home and become their children's first and most important teachers.

They help foster youth thrive throughout life’s transitions! You See You provides life coaching, mentoring, and their “Your Person” program. They are a consistent resource and support system for individuals currently or previously in foster care.

CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates. CASAs are volunteers who serve as a voice for children in court cases. When a judge or commissioner is seriously worried about the safety or well-being of a child, they appoint a CASA to gather information for the court about that child’s circumstances.

Family Resources mission is to strengthen families and build better communities by providing prevention, support and counseling services to children, teens and families.

Founded in 2005 for the purpose of hosting out of town patients and their caregivers being treated at local Atlanta area hospitals. "Housing for Hope, One stay at a time".

Established in 2009, God's Gift, Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that caters to girls 7-17 by providing career and college prep, life skills training, peer to peer mentoring, etiquette classes, self-esteem workshops, and leadership training and character building.

Our mission is to enable the Bwindi Community to break the cycle of poverty through education of its most vulnerable residents, the children.

Fraser is Minnesota's largest and most experienced provider of autism services. Fraser also provides services for mental health and other developmental disabilities for children and adults with special needs through healthcare, education and housing.
