Our mission is to: 'Address public health inequities through health services, awareness, fundraising, research and advocacy'. Speak Trust has 3 major areas of work: 1. HIV, Hepatitis B,C Syphilis, TB and SRHR programme for mobile populations (this programme is on hold due to stop work order from the US Government since it was funded by PEPFAR. Under this programme we have raised awareness to more than 100 million people in Pakistan and Gulf States where 90% of the overseas Pakistanis are located. Free of cost medical services, including testing, counseling, access to medical treatment and training were being provided to undersreved mobile populations, refugees, returnees and migrants and their families. This programme started in 2018 and remained active till 2025 start. We need urgent support to sustain this programme, since we are the only organization which is working on these issues with mobile populations. 2. We raise funds, awareness and advocate for patients of rare diseases. We verify and register patients, then raise funds to sponsor their treatment. For this purpose we raise funds from all around the world through crowd funding. We work with influencers and celebrities to spread our campaigns and post updates on the crowd funding platforms. 3. We run special campaigns for medical and humanitarian assistance during emergencies. I.e. special fund raising during COVID-19 to ease access to medical services through financing and contribute in re-integration and strengthen survival and livelihood systems.
