Elman Peace is a non-profit organization, founded in 1990 and is dedicated to building and promoting peace, cultivating leadership and empowering the marginalized brackets of society to be decision makers in the processes that ensure their wellbeing. We provide innovative, life-saving support to those in need and strive to create more enabling and progressive environments through our work for our communities to reach their true potential.

At ISA, we believe in the potential of the largest ever young generation. When young people have the motivation, the skills and the opportunities they will be able to make the change they want to see in their lives and in the places they live, study and work. Our programmes do exactly that. Why is this needed? Young people in the underserved communities we work, often lack safe spaces where they can team-up, there is a limited supply of positive activities to engage in, and there are few opportunities for young people to attain quality education or income opportunities. Together with community organisations, (youth) coaches and mentors, we're turning tables and by providing opportunities for young people to make a future for themselves and that of the entire community.

Established in 1980, SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) has been delivering frontline humanitarian aid for 40 years. Operating in many of the mostdifficult to access, complex, and hostile environments in the world, SI responds to humanitarian crises as a result of conflicts, violence, natural hazards, infectious disease outbreaks, and poverty. SI strives to save lives and change lives, responding to emergencies, strengthening resilience to risks and threats, and creating opportunities to pursue their life prospects, by delivering evidence-based dynamic programmes that provide relevant, effective, efficient and timely humanitarian assistance to vulnerable and marginalised people, and people who have been severely affected by crises. We work in 23 countries across the globe providing access to safe water, sanitation services and facilities, hygiene and shelter assistance, and food security, livelihoods, protection, and cash-based support for over 4.6 million people.

Support the marginalised communities in Africa to over come the draw backs in health, education and socioeconomic status they are suffering from, through a community-based and human-centred approach. Depending mainly on income-generating projects from local resources, community members will be capable in the future to solve their own problems. That ensures the sustainability of development. We also raise Awareness about volunteering and create a sense of social responsibility throughout volunteering programs

CARITAS AUSTRIA is an internationally operating non-profit organisation (donations are tax-deductible Reg. Nr. SO1126; equivalent 501(c)(3) US organization) under the mission of the Austrian Catholic church and pursues solely and directly charitable and benevolent objectives. CARITAS AUSTRIA relief work addresses the needy in their entirety, taking also into consideration their physical, psychological and spiritual-religious backgrounds. CARITAS AUSTRIA commits itself to providing assistance to people in need which is done without regard to creed, ethnicity or ideology of those seeking help. In its operations CARITAS AUSTRIA is guided by respect for the dignity and self-determination of the people it serves. There are more than 1,000 places throughout Austria where CARITAS AUSTRIA helps people in need. In the areas of caregiving, supporting people with disabilities, hospices, in the social counseling centers, on assignment for families in need or for older people who cannot afford heating. CARITAS AUSTRIA - this comprises its fulltime staff, but above all, also the roughly 50.000 volunteers and each and every one of you who supports our work. CARITAS AUSTRIA's main activities are aiming at social support and advocacy for those in need. These activities are taking place in Austria and abroad, whereas the main focus is lying on national work in Austria. The Habitat International Coalition (HIC) is the global network for rights related to habitat. Through solidarity, networking and support for social movements and organizations, HIC struggles for social justice, gender equality, and environmental sustainability, and works in the defense, promotion and realization of human rights related to housing and land in both rural and urban areas.

Leveraging technology to end social injustices

Good governance ensures accountability, fairness, and transparency throughout our social, governmental, and business systems. On the African continent, women are underrepresented at every level in the workplace, especially in senior leadership roles. According to the UN, this type of unequal treatment of women in the workplace has cost Sub-Saharan Africa approximately $105bn and has significant implications on the utilization of the continents full human capital potential and achievement of its development goals. The Boardroom Africa was borne out of these realities. We champion female leadership on a pan-African level by building a network of women leaders who collectively dispel the myth that there aren't enough qualified women to support the growth of the continent. We help build role models at the top to change the way organizations are led through our educational content. We offer a board training program for women across the continent and to date, we've trained 64+ women. We also have built a community of over 1,000 women on the continent leading change and deliver open webinars, trainings, and meetups to upskill this network. Finally, we've conducted publicly released research on 13 African countries to assess the gender gap in their companies. We want to shift the demand by ensuring society realizes the benefits of increased female participation in leadership, and create an ecosystem of women who can go into the world and inspire others.
