The charity is the co-ordinating entity of Pestalozzi World - an alliance of organisations whose work in Africa and Asia is inspired by the educational philosophy of Johann Pestalozzi. The Trust's mission is to provide a practical secondary education to deprived children in the poorest countries in Africa and Asia. It focuses on the brightest children, especially girls.

The African Conservation Foundation works to protect Africa's endangered wildlife and their habitats, by tackling the root causes of biodiversity loss. Inter Care's mission is to save lives and alleviate suffering through the provision of surplus medical resources to rural partner health units in sub-Saharan Africa Inter Care Aims to collect surplus health care goods and medicines for the two-fold purpose of medical waste reduction and to send regular consignments of vital medical aid to over 100 rural health units across five sub-Saharan African countries We send quality surplus medicines and health care goods to rural health units serving the most disadvantaged patients in Sierra Leone, Ghana, Tanzania and Malawi. Inter Care send vital medical aid which is donated to us by pharmaceutical companies, medical wholesalers and healthcare professionals to beneficiary health units in sub-Saharan Africa. We support around 100 health units which include Hospitals, clinics, prisons, centres for disabled and vulnerable children, and palliative care units. In total, these serves a total catchment area of over 11 million.

Trio Uganda works to the principles of Asset-Based Community Development, supporting small, registered community organisations in Uganda that are driven by the commitment, knowledge and experience of local people. Our partners are truly grassroots initiatives, addressing complex and challenging issues with very limited resources. Trio Uganda believes that small organisations rooted in their communities can effect real and sustainable change.

The Nasio Trust's mission is to break the cycle of poverty and empower communities in western Kenya to become self-sufficient through education, improved health, and food production. The charity sponsors the education, nutrition, and healthcare of 320 orphaned and vulnerable children (OVC) in an HIV-prone zone of Kakamega County. It also meets the economic needs of the community by running a sustainable agriculture programme training 600 farmers and improving healthcare outcomes by running a Peer Education Programme on Sexual and Reproductive Health. The Nasio Trust aims to keep OVCs within the community and empowers guardians to earn an income. It also runs a medical centre, treating over 19,000 patients in 2022. The charity's ethos ensures that stakeholders are integral to its decision-making. It works closely with schools, local government, health workers, and religious leaders. The mission started in October 2000, when the late Irene Mudenyo found an abandoned baby in a sugarcane plantation on her farm in a small village in western Kenya. Irene's attempts to find the child's parents or relatives proved futile and during the course of her search the extent to which AIDS and HIV related illness had devastated family life in the local community became apparent. Despite being elderly and a grandmother herself, Irene decided to care for the child naming him Moses. These experiences lead to the formation in 2003 of The Nasio Trust by Irene's daughters. From humble beginnings in a roadside kiosk providing one meal a day to fifteen local children, The Nasio Trust has come a long way.
