The Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), an international, non-profit, autonomous, postgraduate institution of higher learning based in Thailand. Every day, lives are changed by a single, selfless act - the gift of organ donation. Among those waiting for transplants are 2 groups of people: those who die waiting and those who receive the gift of life. Our work raises awareness of the urgent need for organ and tissue donors while helping recipients who have overcome the impossible to live life to the fullest. These individuals have faced life's greatest challenges; they are advocates for the cause but need resources, education and community. Transplant recipients have a unique opportunity to advocate for organ donation and raise awareness. Physical activity plays a crucial role in the recovery and long-term health of recipients. When recipients compete in world events, they demonstrate to the world what can be achieved through the gift of organ donation. Additionally, our programs provide recipients with community, tools, and resources to address the many challenges they face, leading to an increased quality of life. The WTGF promotes amateur sport amongst recipients, living donors and donor families; promoting the study of transplantation; educating the public and raising awareness of the world shortage of donor organs; sharing new knowledge from biological/clinical studies; promotion of mental and moral improvement for recipients, living donors and donor families; fostering international friendship and relations.

Initially established as a foodbank in March of 2020, we sought to alleviate hunger for people experiencing financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, as demand grew and we adapted to the changing needs of those we supported, our services grew. We now provide food parcels to over 90 Northamptonshire schools, as well as other vital organisations such as the Northamptonshire Community Mental Health Teams, Northamptonshire Domestic Abuse Service, Northamptonshire Children's Trust, Northamptonshire Social Services, and Northamptonshire HM Prisons and Probation service. Since 2020, we have supported over 103,000 people with our food parcels alone. However, our foodbank is not the only service we offer. We also tackle social isolation and wellbeing with our three weekly social clubs, which target locally identified groups in need of this provision. These clubs take a focus on wellbeing, ensuring no member of the community is left struggling or alone. We offer a Minibus service for our club members, providing transportation to and from the clubs, picking them up from home and returning them after the sessions. We also use our minibus to take our club members on monthly trips to local attractions or places of interest. We also run our Doorstep Buddies program, which provides regular at-home visits to people who are socially isolated, giving them the opportunity to have a catch-up with someone. We offer a variety of other community welfare services that have an equally enormous impact on people's wellbeing. This includes home rimprovements for people suffering ill-health and bereavement and gardening services for those who may struggle to do so themselves. On top of this, we offer 1-1 guidance and support sessions with benefits and other welfare applications, and educational services including cookery and digital inclusion classes. The McCarthy-Dixon Foundation is a lifeline for hundreds in the Northamptonshire community, and many be in a very different position without our support. Since establishing as a charity back in 2020, we have offered invaluable aid to thousands, supporting them through times of immense struggle and hardship.

An estimated 800,000 children in the European Union are separated from an imprisoned parent on any given day. Yet few people are aware of the impact that a parent's incarceration can have on a child. Children separated from a parent in prison frequently experience multiple emotional and social difficulties associated with their parent's incarceration. They not only have to cope with the parent's absence and the disruption of the child-parent bond, but are also vulnerable to social exclusion, financial hardship, discrimination and shame. Children of Prisoners Europe (COPE) is a pan-European network which encourages innovative perspectives and practice to ensure that the rights of these children (as enshrined in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and the European Convention on Human Rights) are fully respected and that action is taken to secure their well-being and healthy development. The network is a membership-based organisation made up of non-governmental organisations and individuals across Europe and beyond, linked by a staff team based at its French headquarters. Raising awareness among child-related agencies, prison services and policymakers to the specific needs of children of prisoners and promoting initiatives that take these needs into account, the organisation is seeking to: - Expand programmes that support the child-parent relationship and help minimise violence for children with an imprisoned parent; - Introduce the child's perspective throughout the criminal justice process, from arrest to resettlement; - Foster cross-sectoral collaboration among public and private agencies involved in supporting and making decisions about children of prisoners; - Obtain better information and greater visibility for prisoners' children and influence policy at the national, European and international level on their behalf; - Promote the exchange of initiatives, expertise and good practice for children with imprisoned parents; - Enhance the competence of professionals within the field. Working to foster the promotion and provision of policies, frameworks and meaningful action on behalf of children affected by parental incarceration to protect their development and well-being, our aim is to ease the burden of the imprisonment of a parent on the child.

Taghyeer Organization/ We Love Reading Program is an innovative model that provides a practical, cost efficient, sustainable, grassroots approach empowering communities from low and mid income communities around the world to create changemakers through reading. WLR supports the activism of local volunteers to increase reading levels among children 2-10 by focusing on the readaloud experience to instill the love of reading for pleasure among children to become lifelong learners. We aim to create system change. We create changemakers by recruiting and training adults and youth from local communities to provide read-aloud sessions for local children in safe, public spaces. Each year, WLR volunteers read to tens of thousands of children in public parks, community centers, mosques and other faith-based settings, nurseries, refugee camps, and other locales. We serve diverse populations and communities irrespective of gender, religion, social status, disability, literacy level, educational experience, etc. The training is either implemented in face-to-face settings or via our online platform to allow reaching wider audience of people wanting to volunteer and become reading ambassadors.

The objectives of the charity are to promote education and good health and to relieve poverty among children, young people, women and the disadvantaged in emerging and developing countries. The charity carries out its objectives by raising funds and distributing them to local, community-based organisations seeking to empower youth, especially girls and young women.

Our vision is a world where all children and young people benefit from being connected to food, farming and the natural environment. Farms for City Children (FfCC) exists to ensure that children and young people experience personal growth and develop enhanced transferable life skills through food, farming and outdoor learning activities that connect them with each other and the natural world. Living and working on a farm fosters independence, confidence, resilience and self-esteem. Enhanced physical activity and increased social interactions, through tasks that require collaboration and empathy, enable children and young people to leave us with increased learning and engagement, improved connections and wellbeing, and an enhanced sense of environmental citizenship; outcomes that are sustained upon returning to the home and class setting. Through our offer to schools we welcome over 3,000 under-served children per annum for a 5-day residential stay at one of our farms. This year we will increase our impact by offering non-school stays, enabling us to embrace more diverse groups of young people and their families, from those in the care system, military families, health care trusts, church and mosque groups and other third sector support networks. Through our fundraising the charity subsidises 50% of the cost of a week on the farm, and we endeavour to secure funds to grow our beneficiary numbers and benefit ever-increasingly diverse groups.

Enactus is the UK's leading and most established youth social action and youth social enterprise charity supporting teams, now having reached over 4,000 young people in 2022, from across the UK each operating year since 2001. Our mission in the UK is to grow the impact of a national network of more environmental and socially-minded young responsible leaders who experience and learn from the practical action of transforming local communities and society through real-life social action and sustainable enterprise. Enactus UK is dedicated to creating a better world while developing the next generation of entrepreneurial young leaders and social innovators. Hospices of Hope's mission is to improve the quality of life for patients in South East Europe who are suffering from a terminal or life-limiting illness through increasing access to palliative care services and palliative care education. Palliative care aims to address the physical, emotional, spirtual and social needs of the patient and give support and guidance to their family members. We fulfil our mission by working with our in-country partner organisations in Romania, Serbia, Albania, Moldova, Greece and Ukraine (which together make up the Hospices of Hope Network) and supporting the training of health care professionals throughout Central and Eastern Europe. All care is provided free of charge to patients and their families. The four main pillars of our work are: 1) advocacy, for example lobbying governments to provide more resources and funding for palliative care and changing legislation where necessary, 2) technical expertise, for example providing expert advice on all aspects of fundraising or hospice buildings, 3) training, for example providing volunteer expert trainers from the UK or USA to help train local staff and 4) providing funding to help grow and develop palliative care services and education. We always aim to provide models of care that can be replicated in other cities or countries in the region, for example in Romania, our hospice was the only one for 10 years, but through our educational initiatives, there are now more than 100 functioning palliative care organisations in the country.
