Junior Farmers' Association of Ontario

JFAO is a charitable organization established in 1944, originally with the support of the rural extension branch of the Ontario gov't, with a membership of approximately 10,000 at its peak. Today JFAO is funded solely through support of members, donors & sponsors, including our Diamond Level partners Dairy Farmers of Ontario, OFA, & Scotiabank. Anyone wishing to re-establish a JF club in their area or learn how to join an existing club should contact the JFAO office through membership@jfao.on.ca or 519-780-JFAO. The only requirements are that club members age 15-29 participate in a basic program of leadership development and community service. Information on the benefits of sponsoring JFAO programs can be obtained from our website. COMMUNITY LIVING LONDON

For 60 years, Community Living London (CLL) has been working to ensure that people who have an intellectual disability are provided with the supports and services they need to participate in and contribute fully to the London community. CLL provides supports and services to more than 800 children, adults, and their families. It provides people and their families with the supports and services that are responsive to each supported persons unique talents, aspirations and choices. CLL strives to empower people who have an intellectual disability to realize their goals and contribute their talents as citizens in the City of London.

THE LUTHERAN COMMUNITY CARE CENTRE OF THUNDER BAY

The Lutheran Community Care Centre is a social service agency offering a number of services. Through a coordinated effort from Pastoral Care Workers, Lutheran clergy and dedicated volunteers, the Care Centre offers worship opportunities and visiting in long-term care facilities, ensures those who request services in hospital or nursing homes are visited regularly, and their families supported. The Street Reach Ministries Resource Centre is a safe and supportive place where people can find a sense of community. This approach of fellowship not only changes attitudes but also opens up hearts. We strive to reach out to everyone who comes to Street Reach and provide a sense of belonging and community to people coming off the street. We also partner with the District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board to provide homlessness prevention services and with the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services to provide services to adults with a developmental disability.

EPILEPSY AND SEIZURE ASSOCIATION OF MANITOBA

Epilepsy and Seizure Association of Manitoba provides information, education, support groups (Winnipeg and Brandon), and one to one information sessions to people living with epilepsy/seizures and their families. We provide a newsletter. We believe that interacting with people at the grassroots level is just as important as the research towards a cure for epilepsy. We are available for presentations at schools, businesses, staff training, senior centres, on an as-requested bases throughout the province of Manitoba. A cure may be found tomorrow, but someone needs your help today.

Catholic Family Services of Simcoe County

Catholic Family Services of Simcoe County is a non-profit organization offering professional counselling services and education. Our services are available to everyone living or working in Simcoe County regardless of age, ability, cultural or religious background, race, sexual orientation or gender identity. Did you know that we are the only family service agency in the county that doesn’t have admission criteria related to a particular diagnosis? Thanks to your support we serve over 2 thousand clients each year. That’s equal to over 5.9 thousand hours of direct service to individuals, couples and families in our community who we rely on us for help. We would like to publicly thank donors who make significant contributions to our organization, by featuring their names and/or logos on our website and in our Annual Report.
