Comprehensive Training Programs: We provide targeted training for both job seekers and employers. For job seekers, our training covers resume writing, interview skills, and workplace rights, enhancing their marketability and confidence. For employers, we offer workshops on fostering inclusive work environments, addressing unconscious biases, and implementing non-discriminatory policies. This dual training approach ensures that TNB individuals not only gain employment but also thrive in these environments. 3. Network of Inclusive Employers: We actively build partnerships with a broad network of companies, public entities, and institutions committed to diversity and inclusion. With over 440 companies in our network, Contrata Trans enhances job opportunities for TNB individuals in supportive workplaces, promoting their retention and professional success. 4. Advocacy and Awareness: We engage in advocacy to heighten awareness about the challenges TNB individuals face and the advantages of inclusive hiring practices. Our public campaigns, workshops, and collaborations with other organizations spotlight these issues, aiming to foster systemic change and reduce societal discrimination against TNB individuals. 5. The Foundation aims to create positive impacts through table tennis in communities worldwide. The ITTF Foundation operates through five programs to foster development through table tennis, contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The team tirelessly designs and implements initiatives that promote inclusivity, education, and empowerment, ensuring that the sport becomes a catalyst for positive social change. SAVE Brasil is a nonprofit organization focused on bird conservation and their habitats. Headquartered in Sao Paulo, at Rua Fernao Dias, 219, Pinheiros, SAVE Brasil represents BirdLife International in the country, a global alliance of more than 120 organizations dedicated to nature conservation. In addition to its national work, SAVE Brasil is also a member of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), responsible for assessing species' conservation status and publishing the Red List of threatened species. SAVE Brasil operates in critical conservation areas, such as a 428-hectare reserve in the Atlantic Forest of Pernambuco, which harbors almost 300 bird species, including 13 globally threatened with extinction. In northern Minas Gerais, the organization acquired and maintains a 593-hectare private reserve in the Cerrado, one of Brazil's most endangered ecosystems. This area is vital for the preservation of the Blue-eyed Ground-dove (Columbina cyanopis), one of the rarest birds on the planet, rediscovered in 2015 after 75 years without sightings. Through initiatives like these, SAVE Brasil reinforces its commitment to conserving Brazil's biodiversity, working to protect birds and the essential habitats that ensure their survival.

The objectives of the Association are therefore: to identify the key issues that are critical to the future of humanity; to evaluate alternative scenarios for the future and assess risks, choices and opportunities through integrated and forward-looking analyses; to develop and propose practical solutions to the identified challenges; to communicate new insights and knowledge from these analyses to decision-makers in the public and private sectors, as well as to the wider public; to stimulate public debate and effective action to improve the prospects for the future of humanity and the planet. The Association's activities are guided by the following three complementary principles: 1. the need to adopt a global, systems-oriented perspective in analysing the problems facing the modern world, recognising that the increasing interdependence of nations and the globalisation of previously local problems create challenges that are beyond the capacity of individual countries. 2. the need for a comprehensive, holistic approach in order to gain a deeper understanding of the complexity and interconnectedness of both current problems and practical solutions, in political, social, economic, technological, environmental, psychological and cultural terms, which the association refers to as the 'world problematique'. 3. the need to emphasise transdisciplinary and long-term perspectives, which are all too often neglected by governments and other decision-makers, and to focus on those decisions, strategies and measures that will determine the fate of present and future generations.
