For more than 95 years, Children’s Hospital Foundation has been dedicated to funding and advocating for pediatric initiatives that improve the status of health care and the quality of life for children in our region. A community exercise program in which persons with a cancer diagnosis participate in group classes designed to enhance their recovery process. Services provided will include educating cancer patients and the general public on the benefits of exercise in reducing the risk of certain cancers and improving functional activities.

Embrace Kids Foundation exists to lighten the burden and improve the quality of life for children with cancer, sickle cell and other serious disorders in the New Jersey/New York City metropolitan area. Underlying all of our programs is our goal to help maintain as much normalcy as possible in our patients’ lives by addressing the spiritual, emotional and financial issues of the kids and their families. OASIS provides support group services to adults coping with severe vision loss. OASIS provides information and referral services and community education seminars to disseminate information about vision loss and coping techniques.

Magee Rehabilitation Hospital, ranked among the nation's top rehabilitation hospitals by US News and World Report, provides inpatient cognitive and physical rehabilitation services to individuals with spinal cord injury, brain injury, stroke, amputation, orthopedic injury, geriatric illness, and work injuries. Magee strives to help individuals with disabilities improve their quality of life. The non-profit healthcare organization is a partner with Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in the Regional Spinal Cord Injury Center of the Delaware Valley, one of 14 federally designated spinal cord injury system of care centers in the nation.

The mission of Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation (CHPF) is to provide financial support to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC, this region's only quarternary care pediatric hospital, teaching, and research facility. CHPF is the sole fundraising arm of Children's Hospital and raises charitable donations through targeted individual campaigns, special events, and foundation and corporate grants. Foundation staff members process and acknowledge all contributions, maintain ongoing relationships with donors, and ensure that all gifts to Children's Hospital are used according to the donors' wishes.
