OSF HealthCare Children’s Hospital of Illinois is proud to offer an Almost Home Kids location – one of only three in the nation – in Peoria. Almost Home Kids provides transitional care in a home-like setting for children with complex medical needs, as well as training and respite care for their families. Funded entirely through community donations, Almost Home Kids is a 12-bedroom, 21,000-square-foot home. Almost Home Kids is part of OSF HealthCare Children’s Hospital of Illinois, a 501c3 not-for-profit organization within the OSF Healthcare System, relying on the philanthropic support of the community to make our house a home.

Affiliated with the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, New Jersey Medical School, HackensackUMC is the largest provider of inpatient and outpatient services in the state of New Jersey. Annually, the foundation receives more than 10,000 charitable gifts and raises more than $10 million to help support vital programs and services at HackensackUMC. The foundation has also provided funding of more than $100 million for special and capital projects over the past several years.

Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center, Inc. (HSNHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing health care without regard to race, sex, color, national origin, or ability to pay. HSNHC addresses the physical and behavioral health needs of families and children living primarily in the Dorchester, Mattapan, and Roxbury neighborhoods of Boston. The Health Center serves as a primary source for health education and works with the community to identify and put into action needed health services and works with community groups to ensure the well-being of the communities it serves.
