Friends of RISE-Ireland, Inc. is an American-based non-profit charity. Currently, its sole charitable project is to provide general support the work of the RISE Foundation in Ireland. Started by Jack Kilroy with the support of Frances Black in 2013, Friends of RISE raises funds and awareness for the work RISE Foundation- helping people and changing Ireland’s unhealthy relationship with alcohol and drugs.
