This is achieved by: Developing strategic community partnerships   Serving as a leader in coordinating community-wide initiatives to motivate all stake holders     to focus on wellness, in the broadest sense, by leveraging all of our assets, relationships and resources.   Providing on-going opportunities for stake holders to become engaged and stay engaged. Providing an opportunity for other wellness organizations and professionals, who share the same spirit of giving, a platform to improve lives through physical activity, nutrition and health education. 

OASIS provides support group services to adults coping with severe vision loss. OASIS provides information and referral services and community education seminars to disseminate information about vision loss and coping techniques.

At The Gathering Together, we offer a compassionate and supportive environment where end-of-life guests and their families find solace and care. Our dedicated team arrange hospice services to ensure peace and assistance during this challenging period. Our services are provided free of charge. A loved one’s decline in health always presents challenges, and sometimes it creates demands that families do not feel prepared to handle. That’s where The Gathering Together comes in. We’re not an institution. We provide a comfortable home setting with day to day care and medications to your loved one, and where you, the family are welcome to stay and be with your special person.

We achieve this by providing and developing leadership, advocacy, education, expertise, mentoring, and strategic alliances.

PRISMS is dedicated to providing information and support to families of persons with Smith-Magenis Syndrome (SMS), sponsoring research and fostering partnerships with professionals to increase awareness and understanding of SMS. PRISMS is a leader of the Smith-Magenis Syndrome community and engages, inspires and supports families physicians, educators, researchers and others so they can improve the lives of everyone affected by SMS.

Leader Dogs for the Blind breeds and trains dogs (and future owners) to assist the blind. Our mission is empowering people who are blind or visually impaired with lifelong skills for safe and independent daily travel. We want to make sure that every parent knows that they are not alone in this struggle, and has the support they need at criticial times. Also that newborn screening is efficient and never misses a child's diagnosis ever again across the globe. If anybody is affected by Tyrosinemia Type 1,2 or 3 we are here for them 100%
