This is achieved by: Developing strategic community partnerships   Serving as a leader in coordinating community-wide initiatives to motivate all stake holders     to focus on wellness, in the broadest sense, by leveraging all of our assets, relationships and resources.   Providing on-going opportunities for stake holders to become engaged and stay engaged. Providing an opportunity for other wellness organizations and professionals, who share the same spirit of giving, a platform to improve lives through physical activity, nutrition and health education.

Austin Smiles – The Austin Plastic Surgery Foundation is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide sustainable surgical care to children born with cleft lip and cleft palate both in Central Texas and Latin America.

The Audio Information Network of Colorado is dedicated to normalizing the lives of Colorado's blind, visually impaired, and print disabled residents by providing audio access to newspapers, magazines, and other ink print materials not available through another resource.

The mission of Utah Youth Village is to change and improve the lives of troubled, neglected and abused children and youth, without regard to race, color, national origin or religious preference and to establish and aid all those who would join in this endeavor.To this end, Utah Youth Village will: Provide education to children and youth Teach youth to respect themselves and others Build self-worth Teach youth to understand consequences and make wise decisions Teach youth life-enabling skills Aid and assist in the prevention of juvenile delinquency Serve as advocates for children's needs and concerns Protect children and youth from abuse, neglect and negative influences in their lives Actively support reunification of the child with the family whenever possible. The cornerstone of the Village's treatment philosophy is the profound value of the family in the emotional well-being of a child. The primary goal of treatment is to restore healthy parent-child relationships whenever feasible.Youth who have religious inclinations will be encouraged to be active in the faith of their choice. Youth will be taught about nutrition, exercise and hygiene.We will actively advocate for children and not allow society to ignore or diminish the legitimate needs of children and youth.

Lakeside Hospice is a faith-based, community-supported program, committed to providing and maintaining the highest quality of care and in providing care to anyone who is terminally ill regardless of their ability to pay. The goal of Lakeside Hospice is threefold: (1) to provide medical care to enable the patient to remain alert, comfortable and capable of participating in life as fully as possible for as long as possible, (2) to provide the patient and family with as much psychological support as possible, and (3) to provide spiritual support to the patient and family as needed.

The Texas Pythian Home, Inc. provides a safe, stable environment for children to grow physically, socially, emotionally and spiritually to become responsible, independent adults.

Monroe Harding’s mission is to change young people’s lives. Our cause is to ensure that foster care youth and other vulnerable young people build a solid foundation of strengths that position them for success in adulthood. Our cause and mission are accomplished through trauma and resiliency informed programs and services in foster care, supportive housing, clinical emotional and mental health support services, and education, career development, and life skills support services.

At Dentists on Wheels (DOW) our mission is to reach and treat patients with limited accessible oral healthcare service located in and around Contra Costa County. DOW works to promote health equity in our local community while simultaneously teaching proper oral health care practices.Volunteers, including dentists and assistants, work collectively to help underserved and uninsured individuals become free from dental health issues. DOW is proud to have a team of dedicated individual that help provide low to no cost, high-quality restorative and preventative dental care to uninsured and underserved individuals. At DOW, our ultimate mission is to address and rectify the issue of limited accessible oral healthcare services within our local community.

El Ranchito de los Niños is a public charity, not-for-profit organization that provides children (focusing on sibling groups) with a permanent/long-term, non-denominational home in a rural family farm setting as an alternative to foster care.

Our mission is to improve access to health care by providing financial assistance to low-income children for commercial air travel to obtain special medical care; to promote awareness of our services through targeted outreach programs; to enlist the help of community-minded people through strategic calls to action.

Avenues to Independence is dedicated to putting aside old ideas about what is possible. We work in partnership with the community to support and encourage people with disabilities to lead the lives they choose responsibly and with independence and dignity. We have a life long commitment to the people we serve.
