Trillium Health Partners Foundation was created following the amalgamation of The Trillium Health Centre Foundation and The Credit Valley Hospital Foundation in July, 2013. TROtt Therapeutic Riding Association of Ottawa-Carleton

Located at Equidae Stables, 6362 Bank Street in Greely, TROtt has been serving a wide range of riders with mental, physical and emotional conditions for more than 25 years. Riders with a varied range of conditions can participate in the TROtt program e.g. cerebral palsy, spina bifida, stroke, head injuries, multiple sclerosis, visual impairments and mental difficulties. TROtt operates from March to December, using indoor and outdoor facilities. Lessons are scheduled during the day, evenings and Saturdays

As the recognized fundraiser for the Stollery Children’s Hospital, the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation is committed to enhancing health services for children. More than 210,000 patient visits happen at the Stollery Children’s Hospital each year…and that number is growing. Children who benefit from the Stollery’s services come not only from Edmonton, but also northern Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, the Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut. Much of the work done at the Stollery Children’s Hospital is leading edge – literally the difference between life and death. Community support is crucial if we are to maintain this level of advanced care. MOOD DISORDERS ASSOCIATION OF MANITOBA INC

The Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba is a self-help, peer support organization, offering on-site and phone peer support, education, and support groups to people living with mood disorders and their family, friends and loved ones. We also provdie on-site education for any persons, organizations, employers etc. who wish to know more about mood disorders, what they are, how they are treated, and how to assist persons with these disorders.

Fertility Matters Canada

It is our mission to support and educate couples suffering from infertility so that they can make dignified choices as they proceed on their journey. We have a 1-800 support line, publish the only Canadian quarterly magazine about infertility, have our own website which displays a wealth of information and a patient forum. We also have 30 volunteer Chapter Leaders who are operating support groups from coast to coast and we have public service announcements being aired on the radio from coast to coast.
