VAST

VAST was incorporated as a BC not-for-profit organization in 1986. We serve refugees and immigrants from many countries where political violence and torture occur. People who are survivors of torture often suffer long-term physical and psychological effects which can severely impede their ability to work, learn and resettle in a new country. All donations to VAST are currently being directed toward maintaining counselling and interpreter service availability for its most vulnerable clients. Thank you for your generous donation! With your help, we can continue to help refugees who are forced to overcome additional mental health obstacles as they rebuild their lives.
